An altered state
But he wasn’t the only President almost shot and killed in what is now Butler County. Only 10-12 miles apart.

George Washington himself was nearly killed there on December 27, 1753. He was in a mission to meet with the French and natives to avoid a war. He traveled with a man named Gist and a native guide.

Along the way the native tried to shot Washington but missed. (Exact location of the attempt on Washington is unknown) Interesting story.

I can almost hear Trump nom comparing himself to George Washington!
