There would be some grumbling out west about all the redshirts but that’s normal. One or both of the guys may not want to redshirt on that schedule. But you could feasibly keep them both and only have one guy miss one varsity year. This also allows for some consistency as both guys at least get back to back junior and senior years and allows Kerkvliet his best shot at Olympic gold.
A guy can take 2 Olympic RS? I can't imagine Kerk wants to still be in school six years from now...2020 - Snacks, Kerk ORS

Interesting, but is it confirmed
Kerk is even on ORS right now? Does he have eligibility for 4 yrs of competition, or will a penalty on the NLI to tOSU take a year away?

Another thing to bear in mind is that Kerk has a history of knee injuries. So even if he wins the job in 2022, that doesn't automatically mean Snacks loses a year.
That's between him and the coaches. No rule limits wrestlers to 1 Olympic shirt.A guy can take 2 Olympic RS? I can't imagine Kerk wants to still be in school six years from now...
Jesus Christ .... this could work actually. That would require Kerk to be in college for 7 years though.
Good job “planting the seed” for the *cough* *cough* injury. Yeah, the family had a lot of injuries. [Say no more. Wink. Nudge. ] #eighthyearThis is an excellent plan.

That’s impressive, after 6 years I barely got my bachelors. Almost all semesters I was pulling 12 credits except when I had to drop a 8am class. That's between him and the coaches. No rule limits wrestlers to 1 Olympic shirt.
IDK about his academic goals, but I went straight to grad school, so I was "in school 6 years from now." If he's getting the grad school degree anyway, may as well have it discounted. The question may be more of: does he still want to wrestle folk that long, or will he want to graduate on-time and then go full-time freestyle?

Hell, my daughter did that with no problem.Jesus Christ .... this could work actually. That would require Kerk to be in college for 7 years though.
Sorry pal, if the last decade has taught us anything, it’s to be greedy SOBs.Please send the one you guys don't need to Ames Iowa and we promise to love him unconditionally.
You guys are missing the obvious. Seth is some where around 6' 3" and currently pushing 260. There is another team in Happy Valley who might want to take advantage of his athletic ability.
