My impression of Franklin particularly from the QB Club interaction and working at the stadium is that he would not jeopardize the health and well-being of his student athletes. Interesting that Dr. Lynch was not on campus full-time so that may have been an issue in this situation. Also of note is that Sandy Barbour turned the matter over to Penn State Health. Also, the amount of damages is only $50,000! Sounds like the good Doctor is not happy about being replaced. Will be interesting to see what evidence he can produce. Bottom line, I hope this doesn't distract Franklin and the players from their focus on the season.
