Tree hugger greenies have seriously wrong many times over the years.
When I was but a wee lad on my dad’s farm the local ag extension rep was telling pop he should plant multi flora rose in rows instead of using barbed wired or electric fencing. Said its thorns stop cattle, sheep, and horses from escaping. Was maintenance free. Znd cheap.
But it turns out it’s spreads like crazy, destroys other plant life and destroys pastures as it takes over. So now it is now listed as an invasive weed and you can be forced to remove from your at your own cost…..which is very expensive and difficult.
The same is about to happen with autumn olive. For decades they have been planting it on reclaimed mines, old construction sites, highways and more. Now it is spreading like crazy and destroying forests.
Another huge disaster they caused was with oxygenated gasoline in the 70s. They insisted that gasoline be mixed with MTBE. But underground tanks meshed it out and water acquirers all across the country are very polluted with this very toxic substance.
We keep listening to these people we will die.
