This Prez is such an arrogant horse's arse that loves to stick it to Rs that he will appoint Eric Holder as a recess appointment. Even though Holder was the first sitting AG to be found in contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena.
Zer0 and Holder have been best buds for years. zer0 would love to see him on the SCOTUS as he is very liberal and would rule based on feelings rather than law or constitutionality, just like the other libs/progs on the SCOTUS.
