It's puzzling the author states "Hackenburg's poor production in 2014 is very difficult to explain away", but then does a fairly good job of listing all the reasons that contributed to Hack's poor stats in 2014. I would put my money on Hack to have a great 2015 season and outperform any QB in his draft class - whether that is in 2016 or 2017.
