The Judicial Watch won Its documents case against Fani Willis and the Judge has ordered Willis to turn over all emails and any other communications which were exchanged between Jack Smith and Willis. Willis had maintained no such documents existed, but it was proven there were. The Court entered an Order requiring the Emails to be turned over within 5 business days and further Ordered Willis to pay the Attorney Fees and Costs that Judicial Watch has in pursuing the case upon determining that Willis violated the Open Records law.
