How much money do they make off FarmAid? The Gov gave farmers $32bn this year. Guess whatever they get is the cherry on top...

I see they've raised about $60mm since 1985.
different targets- Farm Aid helps family farmers, the taxpayer cheddar probably mostly went to agri-business interests
It seems to me that we should have found a way by now to grow food more efficiently, maybe indoors without pests or pesticides and so we don't to worry about bad weather, etc.
Growing food outdoors on land should be like using a horse for transportation, it's something people should do because they enjoy it, not because they have to.
