Grand juries -- which allow prosecutors to run a secret star chamber-like proceeding with no ability for defendants to really defend themselves -- they've outlived their usefulness. They should be abolished. In the last 5 years grand juries have caused so much chaos -- a lot of flawed indictments, and the indictment of a sitting attorney general over secrecy rules that are totally absurd (not that she shoudn't have been a lot more careful not to break the rules).
