Kathleen Kane, lost my confidence pretty much from Day 1. When, she immediately began picking & choosing which laws she wanted to implement, & which laws she didn't. That's Not, what she was elected by the commonwealth to do!

Boy, it's gonna be hard for people to blame Frank Fina for this one. Based on the timeline, this (if true, of course) has Kane and her current staff written all over it.
