Frankly, I'm not sure what these efforts accomplish. If the member schools don't have mandatory training for the student body at large, why single out athletes? Oh, I see the motivation now; we can't have the most visible inhabitants on campus embarrassing the boys and girls at the top of the Tower.

Thanks for the heads-up Bob. At 68 years old I'll try to keep a handle on my tool when visiting the campus and I'll read the NCAA handbook thoroughly prior to the visit.
