I passed those kids walking to the stadium. I live right around corner from Camp Randall and we were out walking around checking out the pregame/ Halloween parties going on around the stadium. That group of kids walked right past use, laughing, drinking, carrying on like everyone else. What is it Joe used to say about youth being a disease?

The most amusing part about the basketball player's complaint (including the "looks like us" Ken Frazier bull$hit implying that the costume incident was aimed at the minority) is that the ad hominem demogugery "personal attack" and "character assassination" being perpetrated by the costume wearers was aimed at Donald Trump, not Hilary Clinton or Barak Obama - in fact, and quite to the contrary, it was perpetrated by Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama anti-Trump SUPPORTERS! The basketball player's statement attempting to spin this as reflecting poorly on Trump supporters and threatening toward minorities is typical of the hypocritical crowd who perpetrated the distasteful stunt and almost certainly do "look like" the basketball player from a "political support and views" standpoint.

Yeah, it was a stupid idea but half of the articles deliberately miss the intent of the costume

Stupid beyond belief. What other implications could possibly come to mind when a noose is involved in any way and especially when tied to a social issue?! I really doubt that this was anything than an attempt at humor, but the Administration had to take precautions.

today the ultimate PC location is the university campus - especially the more elite schools. free thinking and free speech left the university campus years ago. Megyn Kelley quote = "cupcake generation".

BTW - one of the drivers of college cost is the overhead screwing with this crap.
