Penn State: Per source, UTSA defensive grad assistant Ryan Smith is joining the staff as a defensive grad assistant working with the defensive backs. Smith worked with the corners at UTSA


IIRC although not one of the 9 full time coaches, this would be an on the field assignment. He sounds relatively new, any one see a new face at practice?

I hope he cant count to 9!!!

There are three new on-field coaching grad assistants this spring, Tommy Galt, Andrew Jackson and Ryan Smith to go with incumbent GA Tyler Bowen, and then newbie grad assistant Sam Williams is titled Special Teams Recruiting Assistant for Quality Control.
