Checking the old IG feed and Marcus Allen is always great - but, most recent update of his was showcasing his prep work for the NFL. Good stuff - but a slogan on the back of his Penn State t-shirt caught my eye; it said ‘Pay The Iron Price’, which immediatley triggered my GoT sensor. Those who watch the show know that is a saying of the ironborn, but it’s meaning there is somewhat different. It essentially implies taking something from defeated enemies. I assume this is a more literal take on the phrase (weights and all). Either way, pretty cool.
