According to the local papers a few days ago the headline was 'judge says Paterno family can't sue Ncaa'. You would have thought it was all over.

it's a discovery subpoena. Albrecht is being deposed. It's not uncommon for folks that reside a long distance from where the lawsuit is filed to be deposed closer to their home (relatively speaking).

I haven't checked in a few months, but the last I heard with regards to when an actual trial may take place in this lawsuit is 2016.
