A few points if I may...

1. WTF are they even doing here? I can't believe they let them in! If the feds gave the border this much attention we wouldn't be invaded.
2. Tell us something we don't know! Recommend something we're not already doing.
3. With the exception of this claim there's nothing we didn't already know. I would like independent verification because it infers grid mismanagement:

The report notes that 81% of power plant failures happened in temperatures in which the plants were designed to operate, suggesting that previous assumptions about how they would perform were incorrect in the face of an incredibly powerful winter storm.

4. Of course plants , NG pumping stations and even wind turbines need to be winterized. But to the extent they are in say, North Dakota? For a once-in-a-generation storm?! Do a cost-benefit analysis and tell customers how much it's going to raise their utility bills. Put a proposition on-ballot and let voters decide. It's that simple.
5. Then comes the predictable inter-connect recommendation near the end. Why. Because it means feds can regulate us. Phuck off! Stay out! We don't need you.

Thank you.
