Felon Trump thinks he must have powers to do things

Seeing a lot of comments/orders that Felon Trump has been making;
arrest Liz Cheney
fire the head of the UAW - immediately

I'm not aware of any special powers that felon has -he can't even own a gun, join the Armed Forces, or vote in a number of states. Can someone help and provide a listing of the special powers the wounded one has.
