Feudale now says Kane committed burglary in his office

He should have called the police. Clearly he was part of the conspiracy.

This whole thing is ridiculous. Either she really is a Watergate mastermind, or else Feudale is becoming unhinged.

I would have figured he would have been hiding in the office behind the potted plant with his k-bar survival knife a la Crocodile Dundee. 'Ole Barry is really slipping - outdoor adventurist & survivalist Feudale in his prime would have stopped these intruders cold.

According to Feudale, he did contact the Capitol police to report what he thought was a buglary, and reported that several confidential files were missing from his office. He also said that the Capitol police informed him that they were passing the report along to the AG's office for investigation, and he never heard anything more. I'd be curious to see what those files were and what cases they covered.

No, he should have called the real police.

and if they actually existed

Well, it certainly sounds like we're going to find out. Another question I don't have an answer to - why now? Kane's spokesman said they found these emails months ago, but they were only recently shopped to newspapers by her political advisor. It's all very curious.

Timing is everything but I do not have that answer. It is interesting

I read that....what a farce. These guys are definitely feeling threatened.

When all else fails...make sh!t up and wrap it in a warm, comforting partisan blanket.

BTW, Wendy wrote a fantastic comment to another Trib article this morning. It's well worth the read.
I'm not sure if "partisan" is the right word to use here, considering that Kane and Feudale are both democrats.

I doubt someone like Kane would know the first thing about breaking and entering let a lone burglary.

I don't think that Feudale is very bound by his party affliation. After all, he was asking the Philly Inquirer reporters to introduce him to Chris Christie.

Both the Republicans and Democrats are concerned more with their self-interests than they are with the interests of the public at large.

He had a break in and he called the Capital Police. She shut down the investigation and now she is leaking the documents tha were stolen from his office. Where did she get the documents?

He should have called the police.

Don't know if i'd consider Feudale a "dem"...he may be by registration but it was the Dem party that originally campaigned for and was successful in getting his "NO" vote on retention in Northumberland County.

But alas, the way the system works, he (and all other such judges) just get to move up the ranks......even though they received a NO on retention vote.

Just to bring some perspective here - he didn't lose to another candidate, he lost to himself.....people have to go out of their way to vote NO on retention for a judge.

like Joe?
Why?? Was Joe's office allegedly broken into as well?? If you're implying the circumstances in Fuedale's "break in" are the same as the McQueary story then you are truly dumb.
