Michigan went 8-4 in the regular season and finished fourth in the Big Ten East at 5-4 in the Big Ten. The Wolverines finished behind Ohio State (8-1), Penn State (7-2) and Michigan State (7-2).
Earlier this season, Finebaum mocked Harbaugh and the Wolverines going into their game against Rutgers. At the time of the October 28 game, the winner was playing for fourth place. Michigan ended up routing Rutgers, 35-14.
“In the last 11 games, Jim Harbaugh is 6-5,” Finebaum said. “Jim Harbaugh makes $11 million a year. His team is playing Rutgers. They’re both tied right now for fourth in the Big Ten.”
