Trump has fired multiple employees from the DOJ who were involved in prosecuting cases against him. Academia and the MSM already has its take as one, Stephen Gillers a "legal ethics expert" and former NYU professor has stated that Trump's motives are "retribution" and "deterring future criminal probes."
Trump as the incoming President and who has been the subject of lawfare undertaken by the DOJ to ensure among other intents that he be convicted of felonies so he would not be able to run for the Presidency or be inaugurated as the President is supposed to welcome these political hacks in his Administration with open arms. Others go on to claim the firings are a warning to any others and further claims that Trump wants to intimidate the DOJ employees to submit to him personally rather than to the Constitution. NBC, David Rhode, published on NBCNEWS.Com.
What a patently absurd position to take by NBC and Gillers that an incoming President must retain all DOJ employees who aided in bringing felony indictments against that incoming President. Those employees should be investigated for potential Obstruction of Justice and be happy they have only been terminated form their positions.
