I applaud the decision to go with robes. I wouldn't want Penn State to go that route but Tom put in some effort here to make this a big deal. Not sure of his ROI on all the steps taken but it was all good for the sport. Nice job by Bader to cover the behind the scenes stuff.

Then simultaneously dropped the hoods and all were shaved bald!

There was talk that Ryan was a “Wolf at Cael’s Door” recruiting-wise and a win in front of Pa boys would open floodgates. Of course very funny a few days after Cael lands another world champ.

They think Ryan “beat” Cael for Pletcher and Hoffman as if Cael can get every Pa kid - you know, slush fund and all.

I actually love the robes. I still have one from ISU. Cael always looked dignified wearing his robe. I'm not alone among Cloneheads that want to see a return of the robes to Ames- we can't wrestle so we might as well look relaxed could be our motto.

I love seeing Jaggers crashing and burning on twitter. Grammar police, calling names....an internet losers guide to showing you lost the argument. His original point has merit but thats where it should end. Tan(trum) Tom should tell him thats not what Jesus would do.

Also, I've never been on the mat at Rec Hall as an opponent, but, man, that is a pretty intense environment. Fans do seem to be right on top of you.

Over a year after PSU beats them in football I still can watch the blocked field goal going the other way. Besides that, I thought nothing could top Zain beating Steiber, cenzo decking Imar....this is right there with it.
