I’m not seeing all the hype about Florida’s superstar QB. He’s launching balls all over the field, not even coming close to his receivers.

Florida QB is pretty erratic accuracy wise.
Levis just threw a ball almost 65 yards in the air and it was right on the money. Never saw him do that at PSU. He's really made some progress.

He never had the chance to show what he could do. Being a glorified fullback is no way to develop a quarterback. And he is not and ever will be a RPO qb. He fits the system in Kentucky
We really don't know how Levis practiced at PSU or what progress he made during practice. But he was not very accurate passing in the limited opportunities he had in game situations at PSU. And it does seem that with the opportunity he has had at UK that he has developed the necessary touch required to be successful, which he did not show at PSU.
He struggled as he is a drop back QBs that can run straight ahead. He is not a RPO guy and struggled at that style. Worse, when he came in he was just a fullback and never had an opportunity to develop.
Gald he transferred out as he never would have succeeded under Franklin’s style. Just not a good match.

The Florida QB did throw a nice TD pass. Unfortunately, it was to a KY corner. He did not look good at all in this game.
Levi's had a nice game and KY was able to grind out a nice win in The Swamp.
I missed first half but Kentucky had something like 12 yards rushing in the first half. They finally started to run about midway through 3rd quarter. How many sacks were there that counted against that rushing total? Did Levis keep them in the game?
Announcers showed clips of him on sideline and they said how good he is at leading the team. Seemed to really like him. And all announcers admire his very quick release and arm strength.
Kentucky’s defense is what won the game for them…a pick six and another INT that got them inside the 10. Will had one really nice throw, a 55 yard TD pass. He got sacked I believe three times, all in the first half. The running game got better in the second half but the announcers said they thought it was due to Florida’s defense getting tired. A good win for Kentucky, but Florida’s QB is awful.
Why did they keep showing the Florida quarterback’s family after every play? I missed the backstory.
They showed that replay. He had a cut on his cheek and they called him Scarface. Showed how he was psyched up and fired up the team.
I missed the 1st half also. I caught the announcers saying that the game was on Levis and they wouldn't be able to run on FL. But it certainly seemed that the FL defense wore down and KY closed out the game mostly running.
