Flowrestling Refund

Have any of you guys had trouble getting a refund for the PSU vs. OK State blackout? Martin went on flo radio live and offered an apology for the blackout and then promised to reimburse anyone who signed up for flo pro to watch the dual.

I followed the directions given (email their customer service dept. with refund request) I got one response several days later that they couldn't find my account, then when I gave them the proper email address on the account, they never responded. I have tried several times since then to email them for a refund but I still haven't received it, nor have I got confirmation that I will receive a refund. No one has contacted me since my initial refund request.

At first I thought they probably got bombarded with cancellation requests and that's why it was taking so long to respond, but now I'm starting to think that they just aren't serious about refunding customers as they had promised.

I was slow to sign up for flo pro because of horror stories I've heard on here previously about customers being charged after they cancelled, and now I'm experiencing similar issues. I love the content on flo, but I don't trust their business practices. I'm not a complainer, nor a conspiracy theorist, but something is fishy with flo. That's why I won't sign up with them in the future. I'm curious to see if others are experiencing similar problems.

P.S. sorry for the long rant during Big Tens.
 
I e-mailed on 2/19 . Waited a full week and e-mailed them on 2/26. Let them know I was reversing the charges first thing on the 27th. Got a reply in 30 minutes. Card was refunded on the 27th. Big 10 plus worked perfectly all day. Flo's can't do anything right.
