FARA requires that people acting as foreign agents register. Until Mueller needed it to pressure witnesses against Trump and weaponized it against Manafort and Flynn violations were treated administratively. Hunter's laptop reveals numerous examples of FARA violations and his violations with respect to the Ukraine are particularly harmful because the Biden family was using the Ukraine as its personal atm. As a result of the Biden influence peddling, thousands of Ukrainians are losing their lives because the US was pursuing the personal interests of the Biden family above what was best for the Ukraine. This is a serious violation with real consequences as opposed to many of the charges against Trump associates. (Such as lying on a loan)
