On a related note, my wife and I met Zuzu and Tommy Bailey back in December. Seneca Falls NY (the inspiration for Bedford Falls while Frank Capra was planning the movie) has an annual It’s a Wonderful Life festival and most of the surviving actors attend and have photo/autograph sessions. I surprised my wife and told her we were going on a little overnight, but didn’t say what it was all about. IAWL is one of her favorite movies and her jaw hit the floor when we walked into a meeting room at our hotel and I proceeded to introduce her to Zuzu while she was setting up her souvenirs on a table. The wife started sobbing and hugging her (and me).
