For St. Patricks Day, I'll be drinking Merry Monk Beer. Must try it. How about you?

As a fan of Jack Higgins' novels, I got a bottle of Bushmills. If it is good enough for the lead character, Sean Dillon, it is good enough fI Plan to have a few this evening and am anticipating a headache tomorrow morning.

Top of the mornin to you (and the rest of the day to meself).

I'll be drinking Hop Havoc from Hijinx which is a small micro brewery in Allentown. Probably stop in at Callahan's Bar in the evening for a traditional Guinness.

Still have a St. Pat's poster from the Phyrst stored somewhere in the basement. Must be from 1970.

Decided to try Kilbeggan this year. Also have a bottle of Tom Horan Celtic Irish Creme and the ubiquitous 6-pack of Guinness Extra Stout. I'm too old to drink all that without intense pain and suffering so I'll probably stick to two fingers of Kilbeggan, neat.

Sean Dillon kicked some a$$. But I prefer Jameson over Bushmills.

A little Midelton, a little Paddy's, a little The Irishman, some Black & Tan with Harp & Bass with shepherds pie as the absorbing base. Slainte!
PS: never order a Black and Tan outside true US, or in front of an Irish national bartender here in the States; the name comes from the British Paramilitary group responsible for murderous atrocities across the Isle, specifically the massacre at Croke Park in Dublin (no, not our beating of UCF).
Slain te!! God f$&k the Queen!

A Redbreast Whiskey neat. Sláinte

My dear friend, if you like Red Breast, try a little "Yellow Spot" the Irish way (aka neat) or the way that I like my good whisky: Neat but with 2 small ice cubes; adds a little water to help release the aromas.
