The Penn State float and Blue Band will be 43rd and 44th (out of 86) so just about halfway through the parade lineup.

You can see the floats after the parade as well. They sell tix for the day after and allow you to get up close. We did the parade in ‘95 and didn’t do it the last two times we were there. Like Yogi says, “Nobody goes there anymore. It’s too crowded.”

yeah... the weather is looking iffy. But LA's concept of rain is different than midwesterners. Hoping for partly cloudy!
