One of the most inept playcalling / gameplans I've ever seen at the college level.

Having good field position and a chance to regain control of the game at the start of the second half - NOTHING.

Temple is a respectable team but we made them out to be the Oklahoma of the early 70s or the Miami of the mid 80s.


Our OL sucks, I understand that. But you can actually help them by going on a quick snap count.....rolling out the QB.....running some mis-direction plays.....running a true draw play.....running a screen pass on first down, not third and long.

Very very frustrating.

Not tracking the numbers as in the old days ... frankly I'm surprised that the other plays netted that much yardage - especially given all the sacks and no running game. The play calling and coaching was putrid. Stupid / silly $hit like going no huddle for 50 minutes and then changing to a huddled offense late in the game when you down by 2-3 scores make me think that JF and staff are clueless. Totally agree with your thoughts on what a GOOD staff would have done to try to change things up and try to make something happen.
