An altered state
Britt Reid, son of the head coach Andy Reid of the KC Chiefs, sentenced for three years for the DUI accident a couple years ago. He has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse. Six people were injured including a five year old girl has permanent brain injuries.

His blood level was over .11 two hours after the accident. The maximum was seven years, prosecutors asked for four years, he asked for probation. Judge gave him three which is start immediately.

He’s an adult that’s been coddled by his father (e.g. given jobs he’s not qualified for) and enabled. And unfortunately his drunk ass didn’t run into a bridge abutment or something - instead he ruined this girl’s life.

He’s a true scumbag, but blaming anyone else is just ridiculous. HE is at fault, not his father.

Did Joe do that with Jay? Jay didn't ruin anyone's life. People make their own decisions--it's not always on the parents.

People are responsible for their own actions but didn’t Reid have at least 2 sons with addiction issues?
