Oh yea, Free Shoes U is currently under lawsuit and investigation by the Feds for violence against women that violates their Title IX Civil Rights!!! (the lawsuit and investigation were announced last year - I believe Free Shoes U is also under investigation by the Feds for not investigating accusations of violence against women appropriately under the Federal Cleary Act - e.g., the Federal DOE). Still waiting to hear whether the NCAA believes a problem exists here where Free Shoes U is using fraud student mercenaries including violent criminals to gain a "competitive advantage on the field of play"....go figure.

I sit corrected. I meant to say "charged". There's a large crevasse between being investigated vs. being charged. FSU will never be charged under this a______n.
