Frank Fina..."great set of t*ts"

Haha, Fina. What an ass.

You know, I am just a country lawyer in a WV town of ~ 18k population, in a county with about 110k population, and I live way out in the sticks in a county of 17,500 population. I hunt deer from a stand on my own driveway, and I can walk across the road from my house and catch smallmouth bass in the creek (crick) there. I went to PSU and WVU after leaving my hometown of 750 people in Warren County (current pop. 10,000) .

There is no reason to think I am not the most goober sort of redneck, happily unschooled in the fine points of etiquette and mannerly behavior. But even I understand that this guy is way way way beyond salvaging. How do you suppose urbane, sophisticated Seth Williams cannot see what is obvious to me?

As a father of daughters, I would be pretty offended to hear a supervisor on a f@cking HIGHWAY crew talk like this guy in public. How can it be that Seth does not see it? The short answer is he DOES see it. That Fina went to a ONE DAY sensitivity training and Seth thinks it's over is proof positive to me that Seth well understands that this is a timebomb and he has elected for now to let it blow over.

But imagine being Seth. What happens when some white racist commits a hate crime in Philly? How does Seth bring the moral authority of his office to bear in prosecuting the guy for what he did? SETH TOLERATES RACISTS ON HIS OWN STAFF.

Memo to Seth: It is gonna blow, but its not gonna blow over. Its gonna blow up in your face.

"The transfers are effective Monday and were announced in an email District Attorney Seth Williams sent to his staff within the past hour. City Council passed a resolution today calling on Williams to fire Fina, Costanzo and Blessington.

We're awaiting comment from Williams spokesman Cameron Kline.

Daily News reporter Wendy Ruderman wrote an in-depth story yesterday about Fina's tactics while working in the state Attorney General's Office. Worth a read."
