Franklin says that the defense doesn’t have to do anything different without JPJ. Also notes he believes that Johnny Dixon is someone he believes has grown as much as anyone in the program has this season.
Asked about going for it on fourth downs - Franklin notes that going for it on fourth is a lot less taboo at this point due to analytics. A lot of the Big Ten uses the same company for their analytics notably.
