Yep, and it would take a stud WR to get a significant role on the field over what is now on the roster. McClain was a very good get and he may end up as the 5th WR.

DT's are rotated much more that WR's under Franklin, so it seems that it wouldn't take as accomplished of a DT to come in and get on the field in a significant role, i.e. for a 300-325 lb DT.

I am very glad you posted Coach Franklin’s quote. I have always said the objective of a portal search for Penn State is to find players who are difference makers or have the potential to be difference makers. I love this quote and I could not agree more strongly with Coach Franklin.
