Im not letting myself get too excited yet about this process. I expect JF to focus on:
1) threat - probably wont be a big name coach others are chasing with HC potential in the next few years
2) loyalty - will likely be someone he has worked with in the past who he can tell him the way its going to be
3) recruiter - we know JF likes recruiters
4) offensive innovator - i would have in my top 2
