Franklin's offensive staff has sub prime time resumes prior to PSU

NO big time offensive coaching experience heading into their PSU gig:

Donovan = Villanova, GA Tech, Maryland, Vanderbilt

Hand = West Virginia, Tulsa, Vanderbilt

Rahne = Holy Cross, Cornell, Kansas St, Vanderbilt

Huff = TN State, Maryland, Hampton, Vanderbilt, Buffalo Bills (one year assistance RB coach), Western Michigan

We know Franklin's background prior to PSU.

The PENN STATE Players deserve BETTER - these Coaches are clearly drowning on the JOB!

Franklin needs to cut bait and make changes to the Offensive staff after this season
