CEO's are responsible for the Directors that run the various departments. Specific tactical planning and execution falls to the Directors and Managers. If the executive support staff is failing it's the Ceo's job to take action. Offensively we're failing and the CEO /head coach must take action because the buck stops with him.

We all know what the sanctions have done to our quality depth. We can't expect to effectively compete with OSU, UM, and MSU right now. But struggling at HOME against Buffalo, SDSU, and Army can't be accepted as OK due to the sanctions. We simply have too much talent to flounder offensively like this. If Army didn't have all those turnovers we lose folks......to Army!

The "CEO" needs to take the reins and act before a complete disaster occurs as we get into the heart of our B1G schedule. The only thing riding on this is our football reputation, our season record, and our recruiting classes for 2016, 2017, and beyond.
