These should have been the first people with their heads on the chopping block.

Will never see the light of day in the U.S. press.....It's way more sensational to bash an old now deceased icon....more empowering to the weak of character to bring down the image of an honorable man that achieved so much...who cooperated with the OAG and who cared enough to wish publicly and in his own words..... "In hindsight, I wish I had done more.' There are no Celebrities to bring down in the Second Mile just ordinary repeat offending average everyday criminals. So, where's the sensationalism and stroking of human emotions in that? None of the cove rup criminals would say they wish they had done more....because it would incriminate them for covering up and allowing people who are not experts in these matters to be fall guys to their benefit.

TSM member says that all post-98 and 01 JS nonsense could have been avoided if TSM knew about those accusations. Yet, they DID know, and Ray lists a handful of people beyond Raykovitz who knew about 2001 (thanks to PSU / TC telling Jack about it!).
So, again we apparently have documentation that TSM knew, and did nothing. Well, except for Dr. Jack's sage wisdom about wearing swim trunks, aka the Great Preventer of CSA. (Not Speedos, though, I'd assume.)
Jack testifies that he was a proper reporting outlet for any suspicions. Yet, our guys are convicted of not reporting, even though they reported the incident to Jack.

Ray seems to have a different take on these interviews.

Cipriano is working with people trying to get Jerry out of jail. All he's read or heard about are things which further that argument.
Ray has read everything possible on the subject. He's spoken to anyone that might have some realistically valuable information.
Cipriano basically just regurgitates Sandusky's appeal or posts something from Pendergast's upcoming book.
I'm not sure they knew about 1998 (in 1998), at least in an official capacity. It's never been clearly established that CYS/DPW notified them.
I understand that. I'm more focused on Bagwell's quote in Cipriano's article. Ryan had been targeting TSM for wrongdoing in his whole document search...but from the quote he gave Cipriano it appears he's backed off that conclusion. Did Cipriano misquote him?
What is especially troubling about the lies these FOIA docs show by multiple politically-connected TSM executives and board members is the fact that these lies regarding lack of TSM knowledge in regards to the DPW-Initiated V1 Investigation MATCH the exact same lies as AG-turned-Gov Corbutt administrations' lies in Nov 2011 regarding why TSM wasn't investigated when AG Corbutt received the DPW's "Indicated Report of CSA" involving TSM with a request to prosecute on 3/3/2009.
How is it that these parties in Corbutt's AG & Gov Administration are singing from the exact same hymnal regarding not being aware of TSM's involvement until late in the investigation after the Jan 2010 Bob Poole, Chairman of the Board of TSM, GOP Fundraiser, when the OAG's Presentment released 11/5/2011 literally calls TSM a fraudulent charity "Victim Factory" and theDPW "Indicated Report of CSA" with a request for LE prosecution received by AG Corbutt on 3/3/2009 states TSM's involvement as proven by Corbutt's very own V1 Statewide Investigating Grand Jury Application that he signed and submitted to his stollie, Judge Barry Fuedale on 5/1/2009?
All these parties at the Corbutt OAG and TSM should not all be telling the exact same false storylines unless they "coordinated" their stories.....and yet they were telling these same lies immediately following the release of the OAG Presentment and "False Narrative" Indictments.
That could be. I interpreted the information as the TSM person saying that 'if they had known' about 1998 (and 2001), as opposed to implying that they did know at the time. Kind of an 'ifs and buts' lament. But we know that TSM was told about 2001 by PSU Admin, whether that specific person knew that or not. The '98 case was fully vetted properly, even with the outcome such as it was.
While I can easily believe that none of them knew what they were dealing with, the onus was on Dr. Jack to investigate regardless of his personal feelings about JS. The others weren't trained as he is, and should not be expected to react the way Jack was/is trained to react to even a slight wisp of smoke.
Even though I believe the OAG and others fully know this, it is all for naught at this point.
