These should have been the first people with their heads on the chopping block.
They blatantly put kids at risk to protect their cash cow.
No matter where you come down on other parts and individuals in this thing everyone should agree TSM skating is the greatest injustice.
Note that in November 2009, The State Board of Directors included Senator Jake Corman, former PSU Board of Trustees member and fundraising expert, Cliff Benson, Bruce Heim, Robert Poole, and Dr. Jack Raykovitz (who all knew of the 2001 allegations), and several other big corporate donors.
(it should be noted here that Mr Freeh claimed NO prior involvement with PSU prior to embarking on his Sandusky investigation--falsehood) Mr. Freeh served as Vice Chairman, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Ethics Officer to MBNA Corporation from 2001 to 2006. MBNA was a major corporate sponsor of Jerry Sandusky and Second Mile (and made a lot of money by having the credit card service account for Penn State—lucrative to both parties). In 2005, Louis Freeh was a speaker at the opening of a new MBNA business building at Penn State.
Freeh was close friends with Ric Struthers, a Penn State graduate. Ric Struthers was a founding member of the management team of MBNA America which was the world’s largest affinity consumer lending company (active at Penn State). Struthers sat on the board of directors of Sandusky’s Second Mile until 2006. MBNA America was the lead sponsor for the MBNA Jerry Sandusky Testimonial Dinner and Roast, Friday, April 14, 2000.
Could it be his women are not...Why are all your links hot?
did you read the article linked? If you had, you would not have made that comment.I thought Ciprianos article quoted Bagwell as saying no evidence came to light that TSM did anything wrong? Am I missing something? I'm getting mixed messages here.

Ray addresses this via the comments, did you read that? From Cipriano's article on July 10:
"My overall view is that everything here [in the documents] seems to support the idea that The Second Mile didn't knowingly do anything wrong," Bagwell said. "The Penn Staters who are clamoring for heads at The Second Mile to roll, I don't think that's an outcome that's appropriate at this point in time."
Ray seems to have a different take on these interviews.
Thank you for posting. Completely missed Ray's article and Ryan's research.... Thank you much Ray & Ryan.Didn't see this posted Friday - very interesting info.....very interesting! Here is a hotlink to the article:

Cipriano is working with people trying to get Jerry out of jail. All he's read or heard about are things which further that argument. From Cipriano's article on July 10:

Interesting.....
TSM member says that all post-98 and 01 JS nonsense could have been avoided if TSM knew about those accusations. Yet, they DID know, and Ray lists a handful of people beyond Raykovitz who knew about 2001 (thanks to PSU / TC telling Jack about it!).

Ray has read everything possible on the subject. He's spoken to anyone that might have some realistically valuable information.
Cipriano basically just regurgitates Sandusky's appeal or posts something from Pendergast's upcoming book.
As has been widely speculated here....the evidence shows that if Tim and Gary warrant 2 months in prison, Raykovitz, Heim, Corman, Corbett, Fina etc. should get the chair.
Will never see the light of day in the U.S. press.....It's way more sensational to bash an old now deceased icon....more empowering to the weak of character to bring down the image of an honorable man that achieved so much...who cooperated with the OAG and who cared enough to wish publicly and in his own words..... "In hindsight, I wish I had done more.' There are no Celebrities to bring down in the Second Mile just ordinary repeat offending average everyday criminals. So, where's the sensationalism and stroking of human emotions in that? None of the cove rup criminals would say they wish they had done more....because it would incriminate them for covering up and allowing people who are not experts in these matters to be fall guys to their benefit.
I don't know. He may not have seen all the material Ray has.I understand that. I'm more focused on Bagwell's quote in Cipriano's article. Ryan had been targeting TSM for wrongdoing in his whole document search...but from the quote he gave Cipriano it appears he's backed off that conclusion. Did Cipriano misquote him?
I'm not sure they knew about 1998 (in 1998), at least in an official capacity. It's never been clearly established that CYS/DPW notified them.
