I wonder how likely lawsuits against the NFL would be for gambling losses or against the Patriots for other tangible losses like ticket, parking, and other costs of a fixed product that was advertised as otherwise? Huge class action suit against the Pats organization for all costs associated with visiting fans attending games, etc over the last decade or more. Would at least cause the NFL to do the right thing about Kraft's cheating.

Here's what I don't get. If what has been said is true then why isn't every player, coach, owner and GM from every other team screaming about this from the mountain top? I've heard very little other than "yea we know", well then do something about it.
