I couldn't watch the game live but did watch it on local tv. For some reason the St Xavier coach has not started Clifford in the past 2 playoff games. The other qb is a Jr and played alot this year because Clifford has had multiple injuries. The other qb has 1 offer to a MAC school so far.

But in both instances the coach has brought him off the bench and he has been remarkable! Check out this article. BTW, he looks short standing in the really bad tv interview in the link. But I assure you he is all of 6'2" and over 200 pounds.

St X who has an 8-5 record is heading to the semi finals this weekend. That record doesn't seem like a championship team but media has repeated over and over that St X has been ranked with the toughest schedule in all of HS football, not just Ohio this year.

Go Clifford and St. X!

Thanks for the info. What sort of injuries has Clifford suffered?

I watched both games live on Time Warner Sports Ohio. Sean carried the team using his legs and arms. Hopefully this Fridays game will be televised in the Dayton area.

He injured his foot in their 2nd game and missed multiple games this year. Then when he came back he sometimes started at RB or another position other than qb and would come in as qb later. Haven't heard any other news. I don't normally follow StX sports but keeping an eye on them this year because of Clifford. They are a large all boys Catholic School in Cincy who rivals Moeller and other sport powerhouses in all sports.
