Surprising that Vegas doesn't take into account the letdown of a "first loss" for programs who have a real chance at the playoffs.

Easier said than done. Players who are leaders have to do that more than the coaches. If people don’t think Franklin is a motivational coach then they really don’t know what a motivational coach is.
