no trash talk.. diff type question. What would be the main reason you would beat PSU. I'll give the reverse.
1) PSU struggles against mobile QB's (young backers and secondary)
2) Hack has a lousy game (see NU, UI, Indiana in 2014, Temple in 2015)
3) we can't protect Hack as NU sells out all day long at the LOS
4) 3/4+ turnovers.. football 101
You beat us straight up last year.. we fell apart in the 4th Q and had a terrible 1rst Q. I see PSU probably by 10-14. We are tough to run on and it's a lot to ask a young QB to stand in the pocket and throw on PSU. Your senior QB who was pretty rancid last year smoked us LOL.. thought that was the best game he played by far last year. Your best chance is Thorson keeping us off balance with the zone read. My fav NW player thru the years is/was probably your old QB Kafka. I think your LB Walker is a stud (best DEF player vs PSU in game last year) although he seems to have some up and down games thus far this year.-sg
