Some Pitt fan at PENNDOT decided to have the highway torn up for miles and miles the week of the blue white game. Was on this road a week ago and it wasn't like this. Major backup costing me at least an hour so far.

There was one lane only north of 11/15 merge for weeks but this is an entirely new section with both lanes dug up for miles and all traffic through one of those lanes. I was just on that same road a week ago and it wasn't like this.

Friday evening it was backed up almost to Dauphin.
