Right now, I'd say he's blocking for the judiciary.
Only in PA can the guilty be protected in spite of the innocent.

So what the hell is the point of the report then?? And why the liability concerns? If someone is embarrassed by the fact they were swapping porn, how could anyone be made liable for that? Here's some advice - don't swap porn on the job and your name won't need to be redacted from a report. Your embarrassment doesn't entitle you to compensation.

Transparency that would make PSU OGBOT proud. It indicates to me that major players in the OAG, PSP and Judicial system are ensnared. By "major players" I mean the "fixers" who have done the dirty work for the Corrupt Commonwealth Network. They will be protected, it might be dangerous to allow them to be squeezed. No one will ever convince me that Kathleen Kane is the only AG who ever stepped over the line. She was just stepping over to the wrong side.

Any chance Kane comes out with a statement or reveals more info? May be a long shot, and I'm sure media will just crush her credibility, but what does she have to lose?
When I was a kid there was a TV Program about Gangsters called "The Untouchables." I believe it starred Robert Stack. My Dad never really watched a lot of tv, but he seemed to enjoy this series and christened it "The Mount Carmel Hour." Now he was a native of Shamokin and I have no idea what or why he decided that gangsters ran Mt. Carmel. I guess this is why I remember the program. Anyway, clearly the Commonwealth is run by "The Untouchables."
She still has plenty to lose. Home confinement. Eventual shortened sentence. And, they will hold this and other things over her for that. This is dirty business.

I'm watching Beemer at his press conference - and he is stating the SAME PROBLEMS with the Gansler report that we've been shouting about on the Freeh report.
One could take what he says and cut and paste with Penn State.

I wish Wendy, but the Three Amigos will be released when our next AG is sworn in.
Beemer is still going to be at the AG's office in some capacity ( which should be to try the 3 amigos). All of the important high office perps need these trials to go away. Beemer stated that no collusion between the lawyers & judges was found in 6 million pages of conversation.
So, the only impropriety found was found with Grand Jury judge and prosecutor, which was revealed during an earlier hearing this year.
