Gilman stalls to another victory

Pathetic

College wrestling will never enjoy widespread popularity unless and until the game is changed such that this type of "strategy" can no longer be used to qin

Gilman didn't stall today. He was aggressive and got the TD in ot. Conway is a scrapper and I appreciate that. He is always a tough out for anyone

his ride was a complete stall and deserved a warning. He hangs on the leg/ankle.

Gilman was constantly moving forward and took plenty of shots. He also didn't stall in his win at B1Gs. He's just a little better than Conway

cant blame the kids for what is not being enforced by the 2 refs that are there.

I think it was the garrett vs moisey match where garrett should have been getting a count for being below the hips. He didnt and thus the action continued. Moisey won, so no real outcry but thats the BS of the system and it is at all levels.

the saying goes "dont hate the player, hate the game"

I don't necessarily disagree with you on your comment he is just a little better. He has proven that. My point on stalling, this match, was not on his feet. Watch his ride.

Of all the matches where blatant stalling occurs but is not enforced, I would not include the latest Conaway-Gilman match as a prime example. Plus, Gillman's ride didn't directly effect the outcome of the match.

That said, I will agree that Gilman should have been hit for stalling in the PSU-Iowa dual meet. But there are many other guys out there that stall much more egregiously.

Like the majority of the 49 pound weight class. My favorite part of that weight class is that I know the 57 pounders are next.
