ugly:
1) pryts kicking psu in the nuts. CJF has proven he can replace guys adequately, not giving the staff any time to find another strong safety is total bs. a big F-U.
Bad
1) We got strung along and put way too much time into 3 kids. nordin, nixon, ferns. We need to be quicker to cut bait and be involved with more kids. Hopefully a lesson learned.
2) The negativity, lies and the targeting of our verbals. MSU, UM, pitt, temple. Don't forget, don't ever forget.
3) NJ owned by UM. The wpial media makes it tough there, they go over the top on pitt. We need to expand our base, FL, OH, VA, Georgia...
4) LB recruiting. Any good JC guys at lackawanna next year? We'll need a juco.
Good
1) the coaching changes.. JoeMo and Limegrover will prove to be a significant upgrade. Remember, this is an easy offense to learn, and is QB friendly.
2) top level talent, difference makers in Miles, Menet, and Simmons. Getting juco's at DT was huge.
3) There aren't many HC's who could have kept this class together with the shitstorm that was going on. The schedule sets up real nice next year, I want to see this staff recruit next December and January from a position of strength, not scrambling.
Finally, I think CJF is pissed off, and a cornered lion is dangerous. I have been very critical of him, but also understand the challenges of the sanctions. The storm is coming.
