Cant think of any infractions? The golden panthers were paying guys all through the 70's/80's. Steve Stoperich (sp) that went to SMU in that scandal said something along the lines that Pitt didnt offer enough. Hell they even tried to get Sandusky to come to Pitt, so they knew, they all knew....
