I laugh out loud every time I see a "computer glitch" blamed for a problem. Like, blame the computer. People programmed the computer folks.
Similarly, you may recall the Obama Admin blamed issues at the "back end" of healthcare.gov for problems with the website.....as if the "back end" is insignificant. Folks, the "back end" is far and away the most critical part of the website.
