My guess is that after blowout losses to Miami and Clemson the Pitt crowd will abandon their team in record numbers in the Nardouchie era.

Seriously , I'm estimating the actual over/ under line at 15,000. The Yinzers will have a ticket burning party

Nothing is better than a Saturday when we have a great win and Pitt gets blown out.

And Notre Dame loses.

Jumping the gun a little aren't we? ;).

No matter what the attendance is- Pitt will announce it as 45,000.

The funny thing was in looking at the Pitt sites today- in just a few short weeks they've gone from 'Narduzzi is king' and 'PSU fans wish they had Narduzzi'........to calls for Narduzzi to be gone and how bad he is.

Eff Pitt and the horse they rode in on.

Next week, let's see. Pittsburgh's defense against Heisman candidate DeShaun Watson.

YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's a good one: what will be higher, Clemson's total points next week multiplied by their total yards or the announced attendance vs. Duke?

Even if Pittsburgh does announce 45,000 for that Duke game (which will be inflating things quite a bit) .... 60 times 750 is equal to 45,000 itself!!!!

I am guessing that zero Penn State fans holding tickets to that game will attend.

That's my entry, and I am sticking to it.

Let's see, the Pitt football team and staff is about 100, the Pitt Band is about 300... press will be around 25... Liar Board members who actually attend will be about 15. So I'm going with no more than 1000. 750 once the students leave after singing Sweet Caroline in the third quarter.

Do they have their 4th quarter dance party when they're getting boat raced?

Excellent question. Did anyone notice if they had their dance party yesterday? I'd say if they did, the enthusiasm was very fake.

pitt's true attendance will likely be less than 10,000. The sad part of this is that their poor attendance and low ticket prices mean that their sports programs must be funded by Pennsylvania taxpayers. Their sports programs aren't self-funded like are Penn States. pitt ought to just eliminate their football program. Nobody cares about it and it costs a fortune.

Well I know my two seats will go unused... tried selling the pair for $15 total since I bought season tix in August.

Well done The Count.

Fits the Pitt mantra. They care so much about kids, they can't pass up a good joke at their expense.

When pitt athletic supporters have nothing left because they know pitt is ridiculous and Penn State has all of the advantages, they resort to cheap shots that are, of course, inaccurate. So it all comes back to pitt sucks.

But their brilliant AD Scott Barnes said Pitt's season ticket sales weren't driven up by Penn State fans.

He said so that must be true. Just ask any Pitt fan and you'll see next home game at Heinz Field. #Hahahahaha

He lost all credibility forever with that one.
