. He's too mechanical. Next play looks right at the screen all the way. Doesn't give his receiver a chance.

No doubt, has he ever bailed his team out by at least getting rid of the ball when in trouble? The answer is no. It is laughable that so many believe somebody who takes SO LONG to "recognize" pressure and get rid of the ball is going to make it in the NFL.....not!

Without seeing the replay it's hard to tell if he even had anywhere to even attempt a completion. His play is admittedly poor, but how can anyone really put the blame on him after watching the train-wreck of poor OL play coupled with even worse play calling . If every route is aimed at short-intermediate gains then if the primary is not open it's tough to check down to nothing.

Bushwood, I have to say CH looks lost our there at times and his decision making today is not good at all. Also, agree with the OP that he is mechanical looking out there. Others will fully blame the staff. He is responsible for some of this on field disaster though. I don't want to come down on him too hard. He is a college student/athlete.

The same people making absurd excuses and rationalizations for him have no problem coming down on college student/athletes. I'm sure he's giving it his best, but these people that think he could play on Sunday's right now if he wanted and that he is blameless are just beyond over-the-top stupid and clearly know nothing about football if they think it's all the OL's and OC's fault.....
