been trying to subscribe using American Express card. My wife's card didn't go through, then tried my card with same results. I Evan tried a Visa card. Believe me it is not a money issue. We get to the last step and hit payment, it says processing but it never indicates the subscription. I even looked at CLEENG which is the company processing the payment and they have no way of contacting them until the regular week. Any suggestions? My wife and I would really like to watch the Lehigh match along with other events

Did you try to log in now to see if your account was created? If you cant log in then try clearing your internet history/cookies and then try creating the account again. If it does the same thing then I dont know what to tell you.
If what JS suggested doesn’t work, you can buy a subscription through the Apple App Store or I assume the Android equivalent
Another consideration . . . make sure you click on the box to accept the terms of service from CLEENG. When I signed up a few weeks ago, I had to make 2 attempts because I tried to skip that step.
Yes yes!! That's what he is probably doing. I forgot but I had same trouble when I wasnt checking the box. I actually felt like a dumb dumb. Lol

Trust me, this board is the best in so many ways. From all the suggestions I got from best ways to view matches, best sources for wrestling content, to people reaching out to me for just personal reasons and caring about my well being to all the folks that have sent me to matches for just face value of the tickets... this board is like a family to me as cheesy as that may sound..

Dont feel bad...I had the same trouble with BTN+ last week.
Tried to subscribe 5 minutes before a tOSU match and nearly threw my laptop across the room.
Other tOSU fans on one of our forums had similar issues.
Finally used the BTN+ app on my iphone, and went smoothly. The app uses itunes as the payment model- so bypasses the horrible BTN+ webpage payment model that is clearly broken.
As someone pointed out the iphone app option.. please help spread the word to subscribe via this model and not the horrible BTN+ web page.
